What is the difference between a market rate unit and a tax credit unit?
Liberty Crest offers a variety of homes at a wide range of rental rates. Programs are in place that allow specific apartments to be available to individuals and families who may otherwise be unable to afford a premium location – student and income restrictions may apply.
One such criteria for these rentals is that an annual total household income may not exceed the following amounts:
For the 50% Program (based on 1.5 people per bedroom):
1 person – $54,150
2 people – $61,900
3 people – $69,650
4 people – $77,350

What are The Quarters?
The Quarters are 6 townhome-style apartments at Liberty Crest. These 2-story apartments provide an elevated living experience. High-end finishes include: Quartz counters, open floor-plans, porcelain tile bath surrounds, stainless steel, energy-efficient appliances, kitchen island with storage, in-unit laundry, walk-in closets, private outdoor patios, and more! What is your pet policy?
Dogs and cats are welcome at Liberty Crest with no breed or weight restrictions. We currently allow two pets per apartment home. The monthly pet rent per animal is $50, with a $150 non-refundable deposit. Fish tanks and caged animals will be considered. All pets must be approved by management and covered under a pet addendum. Pet owners are required to clean up after their pets. Animals that are designated as assistance animals to the disabled are accepted with documentation from the appropriate healthcare provider.
What type of parking is available?
Liberty Crest offers uncovered, surface lot parking to all residents. Underground parking stalls are available with units in certain buildings; additional fees may apply. View the available apartments to determine if any of these units are available.

Are there any additional fees I need to know about?
Application fee. A $25 application fee is due at the time of submitting an application for an apartment at Liberty Crest. This fee is non-refundable and covers the necessary background and credit checks.
Security deposit. A $300 security deposit is required for one-bedroom apartments, and a $500 security deposit for two-bedroom apartments. Applicants with low credit scoring may be asked to pay one month’s rent as a security deposit. The security deposit is fully refundable and will be returned to you the month after you move out less any costs associated with damages, cleaning, or unpaid rent.
Pet deposit (if applicable). If you have a pet a $150 non-refundable deposit is required.
What are the requirements to lease an apartment at Liberty Crest?
Liberty Crest does not discriminate against tenants or prospective tenants based on race, color, creed, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, disability, sexual orientation, or age. Liberty Crest does, however, require favorable credit, an unblemished criminal and previous housing background check, and a monthly income 1.5 times the monthly rent. What are Liberty Crest's lease terms?
Liberty Crest asks for a twelve-month lease commitment from prospective residents in most circumstances. Shorter leases can be discussed but are not guaranteed.
Does Liberty Crest require renters insurance?
Liberty Crest Apartments does not require renter’s insurance, but we do recommend it! Management is not responsible to your or your guests for any loss, damage, or injury to individuals or personal property. Please inquire with your insurance agent for additional information.
